A popular TV show that began in the mid-80’s, this sitcom of an older generation will make you laugh, even in moments where you’re supposed to cry. Witness the wisdom of Dorothy, a divorced and lonely substitute teacher, Blanch, a sexy woman living her own fantasy, Rose, a sweet yet firm country-girl, and don’t forget Sophia, where her shenanigans and sarcasm will make you roll on the floor screaming. One way or another, every colorful character is relatable, regardless of your age, in this unforgettable classic.

Out of 5 stars, this deserves a 4. It was a hard decision not to rate this a full 5. The only reason this did not receive a full 5 stars is that of the narrow-mindedness in the show, e.g. racism, sexism, fat-jokes (however, it is understandable as they have come from a different time).
